As the light faded, the bear continued, "I try, I really try, but it's so hard to let all of these thoughts go. I feel like they're all so important, even though sometimes they just feel like a loud buzzing inside my head." "They are all important, bear," the tortoise replied, "those questions and decision will have significant impact on the progress of your life. But still, they are not *you* - they are your thoughts, and they are your emotional reactions to those thoughts." #25

"Thank you, thank you," the bear said, as they parted ways at the bus stop. "I needed that, and I'll think about what you said." The tortoise smiled. "It was my pleasure. You're a good bear, you just need to get out of your head and see a sunset a little more often."  #26

In truth, it wasn’t raining very hard, but sometimes the bear put the umbrella up anyway in an abundance of caution, especially when he was feeling a little anxious. #27
